There can be numerous reasons why, at some point, you might lose important data from your computer, like file corruption, hardware malfunction, viruses, etc. The best thing you can do in order to prevent data loss is to back up your files, preferably to a different location. Programs like EASEUS Todo Backup Workstation help you do so.
Although you might need to wait some time for the program to be downloaded and installed on your computer, my belief is that it definitely worth the wait. Once the installation is complete, you can start backing up your files, disks/partitions and even emails with ease. The back up and restore tasks can easily be performed even if you are an inexperienced user as the program guides you through the exact simple steps you need to complete in order to successfully perform the backup jobs. However, with the built-in tools, that's a different story. Personally, I wouldn't recommend beginners to use these utilities because, if they wrongfully configure the settings for these tools, they might decrease the performance of their systems or even harm them. Tools like Wipe data, Tape management, Enable PreOS and iSCSI Initiator are such examples.
Another aspect that bothers me about this application is that you can't perform other tasks while backing up files/disks. Plus, there's no Pause and Resume buttons available. Therefore, you have to wait for the program to get its job done in order to start new assignments. more
